Life at Home Bakery

Introduction

A taste of life here

Our roots in a family kitchen taught us that close relationships are the secret ingredient to success. That’s why we welcome everyone who helps make our restaurants a home.

Our values

Our values guide how we work, support each other and show up every day.

Diversity

One Home. Many stories.

At Home Bakery, everyone brings something different to the table. Across our kitchens, restaurants and support teams, people from different cultures and backgrounds share ideas, learn from one another and grow together. We’re building an inclusive workplace, where everybody feels at Home.

Our benefits

Taking care is part of who we are.

That extends beyond our customers and into the way we support our people. That’s why we offer benefits that help our people feel welcome and valued in our community.

Training & development

Growing as one

We want our people to rise as we rise. So there’s opportunities to learn from day one. Whether that’s sharing our steps of service, having regular development conversations or taking on fresh responsibility, there’s always room for growth. Over time, you’ll get certifications in food safety, first aid, fire safety, and other professional certifications.

There’s also the opportunity to apply for cross-training across departments and locations, helping you gain experience beyond your day-to-day role and discover new strengths. We know it’s our people’s care and passion that allow us to innovate and grow, so we’re invested in helping every team member build confidence, develop new skills and explore different paths within the business.
