Responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service and maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other bar equipment safely.
- Ensure accurate beverage preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Upsell products and promote special items.
- Maintain sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies.
- Complete daily coffee bar checklists and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar and work area.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and health & safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
