- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash when required.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, waiter stations, and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen, barista, and other team members for smooth operations.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and health & safety guidelines.
